BFMAP by Jicai Jiang

Bayesian Fine-Mapping and Association for Population and Pedigree Data

BFMAP is a C++ program for genetic fine-mapping and SNP-set association of quantitative traits. It handles phenotypes and genotypes from samples with population structure and/or relatedness.
